1 / Our services
Bare pitch
This is a bare pitch for your tent, caravan or motorhome.
Your stay is calculated based on a basic package which includes the location, the person(s) planned according to the package, your facility, your vehicle and access to reception facilities, entertainment and sanitary facilities. Additional costs (additional person, additional vehicle, pets, etc.) are not included in the package and will be added to it.
Pitch package: 1 pitch for 2 people, 1 campervan or 1 car with a tent or caravan.

Rental accommodation
Our prices include people (depending on the capacity of the accommodation), water, gas, electricity, a vehicle, access to reception facilities, entertainment and sanitary facilities.
Your accommodation must be returned to its original condition upon departure.
Return the keys
Rental accommodation is made available to the client from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival, and must be vacated before 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Your wishes for a specific location or accommodation on the campsite can only be satisfied according to our reception possibilities upon your arrival.
Additional services
Our prices exclude:
catering and drinks for participants in the stay
supplements rented on site depending on availability on arrival (linen, baby kit, etc.)
application fee
cancellation/interruption of stay insurance
tourist taxes.
This tourist tax is collected by the campsite from customers, then paid by the campsite to the municipal (or departmental) authorities, following the provisions of the circular defining the regime of the tourist tax, the flat-rate tourist tax and the additional departmental tax to tourist taxes.
Prices
The prices presented in the brochure are indicated in Euros, VAT included at the rate in force at the time of printing. Any change or modification of this rate as well as any change in the taxes applicable to your stay, if applicable, on the billing date, may be passed on to the price of the products or services offered to you hereunder, the member campsites to the Via Natura network, reserving the possibility of passing on the cost to the prices
presented in the brochure.
2 / Regulations of the stay
Payment methods accepted
For both the deposit and the balance, you can honor your reservation or your stay using the following payment methods:
Bank check and French postal check, holiday check, postal money order or cash, bank card,.
Terms of Payment
Any firm reservation request from the buyer must be made in writing and
accompanied:
the payment of a deposit comprising 25% of the accommodation costs,
administrative fees
This reservation only has contractual value upon receipt by the buyer of a registration confirmation issued by the campsite.
The balance of the stay must be paid no later than:
– For rental accommodation: 7 days before the start of your stay.
– For bare pitches: no later than the day of arrival.
In the event that the balance is not paid within the deadlines indicated, it is considered canceled and our cancellation conditions described below apply.
3 / Last minute reservation
Any reservation made less than 7 days before the departure date must be paid in full.
4 / Delayed arrival and early departure
In the event of late arrival or early departure, compared to the dates mentioned on your reservation voucher, the entire stay will remain due. You will not be able to claim any reimbursement for the part of the stay not completed.
5 / No show on the campsite
In the event of no-show at the campsite within 24 hours of the start of your stay and without proof and/or news of your arrival, we will dispose of your accommodation.
We retain fees in accordance with our cancellation conditions.
6 / Cancellation by the buyer:
Any cancellation must be notified by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, which will take effect from the date of receipt of the mail.
To cancel a bare pitch or rental accommodation:
more than 30 days before your arrival, the full amount of the reservation fee and the insurance contribution are retained.
less than 30 days before your arrival, the amount of the deposit remains with the campsite
less than 7 days before your arrival, the total amount of the rental, booking fees and insurance contribution are retained.
To obtain possible compensation, we invite you to take out cancellation or interruption of stay insurance when booking.
Due to camping:
If the campsite is required to cancel its rental services for bare pitches and/or rental accommodation, any contractor having received their confirmation of stay will be notified by registered letter and then reimbursed in full up to the sums they have paid.
7 / Security deposit
For rental accommodation, a security deposit of €300 will be requested upon your arrival, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay and at the latest within a week by post from your departure. The campsite reserves the right to keep part or the total amount in the event of damage to the accommodation and its contents and/or equipment on the campsite. The campsite also reserves the right to deduct a sum corresponding to cleaning costs if this has not been carried out upon departure.
8 / Minors
Minors unaccompanied by their parents are not accepted except under conditions (parental certificates).
9 / Animals
Dogs and cats except category 1 and 2 dogs are allowed. We require that dogs be kept on a leash within the campsite. Please respect the hygiene and environment of the host campsite. The health record must be presented upon arrival at the campsite. Anti-rabies vaccinations and tattoo certificate are mandatory.
10 / Complaints
Any possible complaint following a stay must be made in writing, and sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, within 20 days following your stay.
11 / Description of services
The general information indicated in the brochure and on the website (equipment, activities, local services, etc.) is given by the campsite for information purposes only and cannot be considered contractual as it may be modified during the season. (for example by municipal decision). The campsite guarantees the authenticity of the information and its neither misleading nor deceptive nature. The photos are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual. It goes without saying that customers will be informed of any changes.
